Eligibility:Young artists those who have learnt and efficient to conduct cultural programmes individually from any one of the arts namely Vocal Bharatha natyam, Katha kalakshepam, Veena Nadaswaram,Flute,Jalatharangam, Gottuvathyam, Clarine, Guitar, Mandolin, Saxaphone, Separate Violin will alone be benefitted from this scheme
Music and Bharathanatya artists must be in the age of above 16 and not below 30

Benefits:Remuneration to the artist for performing the programmes is paid through the cultural organisations
In this regard, Rs.2800/- to each vocal music programme, Rs.5000/- to each Bharathanatyam programme, Rs.4000/- to each programme of Kathakalakshepam, Nadaswaram, Guitar and Clarionet, Rs.1950/- to each, Violin (solo) Gottuvadhyam, Veena programmes and Rs.2800/- to each Flute and Jaladharangam and Rs.3000/- to each programme of Saxophone and Mandolin is paid as the remuneration to the artistes.The organizational expenses of Rs.2000/- to each programme is paid to concerned cultural organisation by the Manram. Further, if the orchestra atristes such as Ghatam, Ganjira, Muharshingh, Konnakkol are selected, they are also paid Rs.650/- per programme.
